Does it matter? Just Do It as the Nike ad goes!

Means "all security checks performed"...as useful as "gear down and locked' or the 20 NOTAM pages or so of some Indian airports...

maybe the pilot can be got in the blame loop if someone sneaked in without security.
more people to blame better it gets in India:D

What works in India...
'Security checks complete, xxx on board, ATIS xx received, request start clearance.'
Go with the flow, folks, for proper results.
It does not get any simplier.

Others (mainly stiff-upper-lip Brits), who try to reinvent the wheel, have problems...of their own making.
No surprise.:rolleyes:

NB.
Been this way for at least the last fifteen years.;)
IE: conform...or fly somewhere else.
Simples.:}

Following procedure greatly reduces needless RT chatter. Go with the flow and don't try to reinvent the wheel. Even revised total through security and on board is no biggie either.
