Surely a Polis helicopter must be for Glasgow, especially with the registration Se Him, see you.

Sorry for the thread creep but you are being quoted some Glasgow/Scottish Patter/Slang from viewers of the world's longest continually running police drama 'Taggart' which is set in Glasgow - Taggart - Wikipedia (http://sv.wikipedia.org/wiki/Taggart) in Swedish Taggart - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Taggart) in English

The Police are commonly called Polis, or alternative spelling Pollis, in Scotland, not just Glasgow.

See You can be used in several ways, but again is probably being used here as the rather hostile introduction to a personal insult.
