SOrry for the link, but the question isn't mine..could you please tell us what the blue/green/yellow colours are around the N2 gauges?http://www.avcanada.ca/forums2/viewtopic.php?f=54&t=60224

These colours indicate the hydraulic system which has a pump driven by that engine.
Engine 1: Green Only
Engine 2: Green plus Yellow
Engine 3: Blue Only
Engine 4: Blue plus Yellow

As far as I remember!

That was what someone thought - nice to have it confirmed.

Thank-you.

Thanks alanharkness.
Can you suggest any further info on the subject? Perhaps a link. What would be the procedure regarding the overhead selector in the event of an engine failure? And how come the engineer's panel doesn't have the same color code/selector (at least from what I can see)?

I've just watched the ITVV 'Concorde' DVD - still available for sale on the internet I think?

This, and what seems like a thousand other questions, are answered by Captain Dave Rowland and Roger Brickhall (SEO).

I don't often watch flying DVDs but I found this one very informative and somehow poignant considering all that has happened in aviation since it was filmed in 1996.
