I heard ATIS in Oslo says : message 1 and then they say information,after one hour I heard :message 2 also in the middle of the ATIS what does it mean?

ENGM ATIS gives you the information about which Ice warning message is valid at given time. You can find detailed information in FIC NOTAM.

For example:
ENSV ICE MESSAGE B03 VALID 141100/141500 ENVV-
ENOR NORWAY FIR LCA MOD ICE FCST BTN N6000 AND N6200 AND W OF E00730
BLW FL150. 0-ISOTHERM: FL050-FL060. WKN.

I heared the Atis says ice message 1 then continue the normal information so where should I get the detailed message 1 info.

It has been a few months since I was there last time.. have you checked your narrow route briefing? Otherwise check with ARO.
As I remember, I could find all matching ice messages in notams/briefings.
