looking fpr SEP charter w IP at Addison Airport,Dallas,USA

Who of you guys know a posibility to charter an SEP with IP (no US-PPL) at Addison Airport at Dallas, USA?

I would like to fly during my layover at Dallas.

The only pilotschool I know (Classic Aviation) is closed.
