Any body know of any examiners PPL examiners in the Inverness and Aberdeen area?

Could you possibly elaborate? Are you looking for a flight examiner or simply someone to sign off rating revalidations?

Try calling the flying schools up there. There is the Moray flying club at Kinloss, and whatever is in place at Inverness these days following the recent issues. They will have a pool of examiners that they use.

If you would like to PM me I can arrange a choice of examiners for you.
We have 3 available for PPL, night, IMC at Inverness airport. At least one of them in available for tests out of Aberdeen; I do not think he has done any there recently as I believe there is little GA activity there.
We also have 4 working out of Perth if you are struggling.
