Hi

Im just trying to see whether there would be any others interested in a 'No Equity' group at White Waltham. Not sure of exact costs yet but would be around £120 to £150 per month with a low hourly rate, possibly just fuel. Thinking of a PA28 or HR200.

I will know more when i have an idea of the amount of interest.

I would imagine there are many no equity shares at WW at the moment.

I am not sure exactly what you have in mind with a "no equity" group. The ones I know of locally are only no equity in the sense that you don't put up capital beyond a joining fee. They are however run through a company and technically the member is a shareholder owning at least 5% of the shares in the company and therefore in the aircraft. A "no equity" group would not work otherwise unless the aircraft is in effect on what used to be called a public C of A, i.e. it is authorised to do aerial work, which is what cost sharing is if the person paying does not own a share in the aircraft. It then becomes what is no more than a formalised hire arrangement.
