I am about to refill my 2200L avgas bowser and wondered where is most keenly priced?

The hangar website although well intentioned is full of old fuel price data.

I am based in the Southwest and know that Plymouth is £1.30 + VAT/L
Bodmin is a little more expensive.
I would be prepared to travel further afield to save on cost.

Is there anywhere more competitively priced?
Any info much appreciated,

SB

Log on to Central heating oil suppliers, cheap boiler & heating oil – BoilerJuice (http://www.boilerjuice.com/).
They don't just do domestic fuels but you may have to end up ringing them, they are very good value for money.
If you can persuade local colleagues to join up with you, the price gets even better.

Thanks to all who posted,
looks like I'll be saving almost £700 by being selective.
Thank goodness for PPRuNe!

Gloucester looks the cheapest to me by far. Can anyone beat £1.15/L + VAT?

Have you asked Newquay? Last time I checked, Avgas was £1.06 per litre.

Thanks Foxy, that sounds very reasonably priced.

Dragqueen - would your wife drive my bowser to Saudi for me? Would it tow behind the white van?:)
