VAT redution and hourly rental

I haven't flown for a few months and was just wondering if the chancellor's VAT reduction has been passed on to hourly flying and instructor rates at your local flying clubs, I know it will only be a few quid per hour but it's still better off in my pocket. Has anyone seen a reduction?

I have reduced the rate that I charge my customers to reflect the change in the VAT rate, in fact due to the time lag in the billing system some of them had rented before the VAT rate changed and got invoiced after the rate change finding them selfs having a 2.5% advantage.
