Log Book Wording - PPL Differences Training

I had some stickers for this but they have walked, can someone remind me of the correct wording for an individual who has completed tailwheel differences training so that I can write it up correctly in my studes logbook? Thanks! :)

and that means?

Looking at my logbook, mine says:

'Certified differences training in tailwheel conversion'

Then the date, signature and your caa ref number.
