Checklist for organising a "Fly-In" / Aviation Weekend

I am organising an "Aviation Weekend" with a Fly-In option each day on a private airstrip in September. Just wondering if anyone has a useful checklist for organising such an event. This will be our first major event there.

As the organiser of a large Fly-In event for the 7 years happy to advise, however the list could be very long given you use the word "major". Drop me a PM with your questions and I will try to help "off-line".
