I'm developing a module for a pilot and cabin CRM course looking at working as a team across organizational boundaries. In a perfect world we would run a course that allowed everyone associated with a flight to explore teamwork issues in a multi-functional class. But the world isn't perfect ...
The idea is to help operational crew to see the world through the eyes of other agencies on the basis that, if I understand others' jobs better, then we can all work together more efficiently.
So, if the mountain will not come to the prophet, I want to find ways to bring the prophet to the mountain ... so to speak.
I have 3 requests (and I appreciate how busy people are). First, I am after examples from all aspects of ground operations where teamwork either failed or was enhanced because of some action by an individual. Later I would appreciate the chance to interview ground staff in a more structured fashion.
Any takers?
