The Met Office may not offer AIRMETs in the sense that cvlux would like.

In ICAO usage, an AIRMET is similar to a SIGMET, but warns of conditions of more interest to GA than commercial air transport, more interest to VFR than IFR. For example, it might forecast reductions in surface vis below 5000 m, surface winds of more than 30 kt, and moderate icing or turbulence in non-convective cloud, none of which are sufficient to trigger the issuance of a SIGMET. The UK Met Office does not issue AIRMETs of this sort (or at least I've never seen any in 20 years).

The UK's "AIRMET" forecasts are actually low-level area forecasts, which are similar to the ICAO concept of GAMETs. They are effectively describing in text the same conditions as the graphical Metforms 214 and 215.

Unlike SIGMETs, AIRMETs (either ICAO or UK versions) are not routinely put on the international circuits. I don't know of a pan-European source. AvBrief has the few GAMETs that are broadcast on SADIS, covering Germany, Spain, Latvia and Slovakia. It used to have UK AIRMETs before these were withdrawn from international circulation.
