Wondering what their pay scale is like for both F/O's and Captains.

What requirements do they want for F/O's, how long wait is it to the left seat and what is the sched like?

The good? The bad?

Had a brief interview there about a year back. Starting salary was $55k? (pretty minimal in VR if you are trying to support a family)and a schedule of (roughly) 6 on, 3 off. The 6 on was usually on call, so within 1? hour of CYVR, although most trips were booked ahead of time, so you'd know when you were working. I know a couple of guys there - solid guys, both. Generally, they seem happy. Nice new machinery, and a brand new hangar good fleet renewal plan, and expansion on the horizon.

Dunno if they'll take DEC, unless you have a schwack of corporate experience.

not sure how the current financial trouble is affecting things...

All of this is from my memory, so no jumping on me if I've got it wrong.
