Does anyone know where I can access a list of all the current PPL examiners? I'm sure there used to be a link but I've forgotten it and the CAA website doesn't seem to help.

I don't think there's a list of PPL Examiners available - certainly not on the CAA web-site. There is a list of RT Examiners.
Can only suggest you contact your local FTO who may be able to give you some details on your local guys.
