How much fuel does the Reservoir hold in the C208B? If you have a reference in the flight manual that would be fantastic as I am sturggling to find the eact amount.

This is the best I can work out . . . . The 'Reservoir Fuel Low' annunciator will come on when 5 minutes of fuel at cruise power remains. So basing off burning 325lbs an hour that would mean the reservoir would hold a total of 10 minutes of flight fuel or 54lbs????

Extract from a C-208B AFM:

'The red reservoir fuel low warning annunciator will illuminate when the level of the fuel in the reservoir drops to approximately one-half full'

Doesn't say much more.

Also, some Flight Safety notes shows that it lights up when there is one and a half minute left only.
Not five (where did you find this?)

I was about to direct you to their forum:
Caravan Pilots (http://www.caravanpilots.com/index.htm)
But I'm pretty sure you started the same subject there. And their best answer is 2,5 Gallons.

hey. i fly the grand caravan and it does not say how much it holds the light comes on when The red reservoir fuel low warning annunciator will illuminate when the level of the fuel in the reservoir drops to approximately one-half full' and i don't think u need to know how much it holds u just have to know what to do incase the light comes on which is check both tanks on and iginiton on to prevent flame-out and u have 5 miuntes at cruise power and less than 3 min at max power. hope this helps Romeo
