:)Congratulations to the Qantas Flight Deck Crew.

With 20/20 hindsight, it should now be obvious that the location of the fuselage damage is adjacent to the location of the flight deck crew's oxygen bottle. If this bottle had failed, the crew would have been unaware of the major failure of the pressure hull or the lose of available oxygen to their emergency masks. However, it seems that they did what they had been thoroughly trained to do. 'Don't wait. make an immediate descent. It is more than likely that the crew did not have oxygen for the 'thankfully' short period that they took to descent from FL290 to Fl100. Once again thank a teacher and a crew that listened. I await with interest the result of examination or the oxygen bottle.
