The Indian aviation industry is going through a lot of changes now and how it will all end is not evident at this time. I have had a good 2 years with Deccan and they have lived up to all aspects of their contract. It is not always easy to work here since the schedules are very changeable. If knowing what you are doing a month in advance is important; you will have problems. The tie up with Kingfisher continues and no one knows how that will affect the pilot force. Good luck!

I've been with Deccan for about a year now and it's not all that bad. It all depends where they base you but flying is ok. Most of the expats pilots are from south and central american with few Americans and EUs. Send me an email I am based in Bangalore but commute to NC, USA.
