FAA Biennial flight review

Does anyone have a list of people qualified to do FAA biennial flight reviews in Europe.

I am aware of Soloflight, Willowair, Businessair, Orbifly and Bill tollett but are there any others ?

There are loads of freelance FAA CFI/CFIIs around the UK. I am sure you are going to get a fair few PMs.
