For those channel hopping for a few days this Summer... Access to French Notam from OLIVIA (http://olivia.aviation-civile.gouv.fr) is now available from your low bandwidth mobile devices via YAWS.
This link has the menu http://activitae.com/FRnotam.htm; it is pointed to from the EU Yaws page on YAWS (http://yaws.mobi)
The unnecessary complexity of OLIVIA's menu screens has been removed for ease of low-bandwidth access. OLIVIA's responses are made direct to your mobile and it is as well to remember that NOTAM data may be voluminous. Using Opera Mini may help reduce the data volume. http://www.operamini.com/download/.
If your mobile device doesn't do javascript very well, I really recommend Opera Mini 4.1 as your phone browser of choice. It is free and I've no connection with the company! An Opera mini demo is here http://www.operamini.com/demo/
