......at about 11.20 this morning (Saturday.) At least, I assume it was a Spit, as I only heard it. I was teaching a pupil at the time and couldn't dash into the garden to look. (AAAAAARGHHHH!!!:{)

Anyone know anything about it? I know it's a bit late, but I haven't been able to get on here 'til now.

It was British Wasteofspace families open day for the few employees they have left at Rochester.I believe a Spitfire ,Mustang,Harvard displayed and there was a small static display at the northern end of the airfield AAC Alouette.Harvard ,Kent air ambulance.:ok:

Also saw the Spitfire and the Mustang in the morning and although it was for BAE the mustang in particular did a great display for the folk at the South end of Rochester airfiled.

Also well done to the micro light pilot who ever he was who had an engine failure on take off from runway 34 at about 250ft as was able to put it down very smoothly on runway 20
