Lets say you lost all hydraulics in system A and you performed a manual gear extension. Then suddenly you want to go-around. The quick refence handbook states: When the gear has been lowered manually, it cannot be retracted. The drag penalty with the gear extended may make it impossible to reach an alternate field. BUT
The hydraulic system B powers the LGTU when N2 below 56% and airborne.
If you lower the power on one engine after the go-around to below 56% N2 with complete system A hydraulic failure, will the LGTU activate and raise the landing gear after manual gear extension? Will it be able to lock in the up position?
