Any of you run your flying machines on ULGAS? I do. Not only do they add ethanol to it with all the attendant hazards, we get this; http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/uk/6405701.stm

Lots of news of disrupted car journeys but nothing about forced landings, so far.

Don't fret too much dear chap. If what we hear is true it will only upset all those modern engines with their fancy O2 sensors. Your classic VW , Rotax or tractor derived engine (Lycoming or Contenental) should be fine.

That's also my understanding, now; http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/uk/6405051.stm http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/uk/6406801.stm. The BBC and others are very good at shock-horror but often a bit thin on fact.
