Hello there i am a long time reader first time poster. I was just searching some airfields in cheshire and found most prices are around £170 per hour exc. intructor
Do any of you know of anywhere cheaper but offcourse not too cheap where i could do my flying. I only need another 13 hours.

Have a look at www.aircraftgrouping.com
If you intend to fly more than an hour or two per month im sure it will work out cheaper.

Yes hopefully when the weather improves i will try for maybe 3 hours a week but as random as the uk weather is, I will have to see:p

Hi
You are not very clear what it is you are doing but with £170.00 per hour I assume it must be expensive PPL training in a new 172/Warrior.
Have you looked at the many schools clubs at Blackpool or Liverpool, I know you can hire from both places from approx £100/hr and have a lesson from £130/hr. No need to buy shares or do any work at these prices!
