I'm not sure what an "accelerated flat spin" is since in general the two are opposites... accelerated means more roll, less yaw, and flat means the opposite. The inputs he gives are indeed the inputs for both at the same time though. I'll have to give it a shot and see what happens.

Accelerated applies to the rate of rotation around the normal axis. DO NOT ATTEMPT without proper demonstratiion on type. Accelerated flat spin recovery is different for different types. Pitts recovery is slightly different to the Extra 300 in the video for example. Better Aerobatics by Alan Cassidy, and The 4 Minute Free by Xavier are good sources of info on the subject.
