I took my Swedish PPL license in 1991, but didn't keep the hours. Passed a new flight test in 1996, but the same thing happened again (I was skint back then). And now I'm doing it for the third time to a Swedish JAR PPL (A).

But since I've lived in London for 3 years and am likely to remain, I'd like to exchange it for a British JAR PPL (A). What do I have to do to get a it converted/exchanged?

Thanks for your time.

Download the following form, fill it in and send it to the CAA
http://www.caa.co.uk/docs/33/FORSRG1136.PDF

You will find Item 9 is a bit of a nonsense for PPL applications! You won't have any ATPL exam results!

You need to pay £159 as well as any fees to transfer your medical details.
