South of France

Taking Mrs CD and Cd Jr down to the south of France in September for a break. Does anyone know a FBO or school that will rent a plane / plane + instructor? Will be based near Nice.

I know LFMT has a really good flying institution, although it is a good 4 hours drive from Nice.
I've done a bit of flying there, and you get the occasion AirFrance flight from ORY and the BA flight from LGW, but overall, it is a fairly quiet airfield.

Ask for Marcel Bresson or failing that, anyone who speaks English.

Make sure that you have all of your licence details to hand as it can be a bit of an administrative nightmare to hire an aircraft in France regardless of JAA acceptance.
