I'm very surprised to see no-one has posted about this yet... But, on the 3rd of May, 60 years to the day since she first flew, Kennet Aviation's seafire took to the skies again.

After five years of hard work, it was a lovely event, with many people turning up to congratulate everyone at Kennet on their hard work. Tommy Thomson, who made the first test flight, was also on site to watch. Pete Kynsey was the test pilot this time - on the right, with Tim Manna (who owns the seafire) in the middle.

Many thanks to my colleagues for allowing me to get over to see the flight, and take a group of people closer to the runwayto watch the departure and landing.
