What do you need a pen for – with JPA everything is paperless?

I have to write down my Username and Password with something.

I downloaded from JPA - perhaps you should try harder to remember it?

I don't need a pen because I use a PDA.

Has anyone seen my stylus?

Has anyone seen my stylus?

Oh, so that's what it is called, these days....

What do you mean "these days".
Pens may come and go but stylus never goes out of fashion.

I dunno, all this technology. I used to have a pencil, but now it's pointless.

With the way the IT works (or not as the case may be), I'm thinking of going back to a slate. Now would I be using a stylus or a slate pencil? Anyone older and wiser care to comment?:8

I still have a slate.

Behind the back bar at the Ye Old Dog and Lampost.

But you can't put a PDA up each nostril when you put your underpants on your head and say "Wibble" to the JPA computer.....

Would you use a tissue to wipe the slate clean?

Thread creep or what ? I think Prescott might use one of those chipolata sticks by the sound of it ?

Hell hath no fury like a woman literally f:mad: d by a big fat b:mad: d and hung out to dry. Oh dear, there's another terrible mental picture for you whiteovies :}

I think Prescott had had to give her one four times a night (sic) to make up for his apparent electoral deficit.

Anyway, in answer to the orginal question by op tastic, I think one of those thieving new Labour gits has your pen, along with a large chunk of your earnings, future laughable pension and any possible benefits you and your family might have expected from looking after yourself without nanny state help all your life when you have to pay massive tax again on any accumulated wealth, house, property, savings etc when you peg it.....................................................

I have a pen you can borrow. Admittedly it is looking a bit tired, has been abused a bit too much and sometimes takes a little while to get working in the morning. I'm not sure how much longer it will continue to work and I was kinda thinking of retiring it to sunnier climes, but if you promise to take care of it, it might do a couple more years....
