This is just to satisfy my curiosity after someone metioned in the A320 thread that is floating round here that a 737-300/400 endorsement covers the 737 NG series. (This fact is also backed up in CAO 40.1.0) There is a few things I still haven't been able to clarify fully.
1) If you did the NG endorsement, does that cover the 300/400 series as well?
2) Do you still need to do a differences course when going from the 300/400 up to the NG and also when going from the NG to the 300/400?
3) Has there ever been a case or does it occur where a person who only did thier training on the 300/400 then jump into a NG without ever really knowing the differences?
