NJS Pay Deal a turn for the better?

Rumour has it that the NJS Pilot Group Committee and the company have come to an agreement where the up-front fee for gas-chamber endorsements has been cancelled, and that some current employees will get their money back. :ok:

If true, well done to both parties. Perhaps this will be the thing of the future, or is it just market forces at play?
