"MoD’s policy remains that any form of unfair discrimination or harassment on the grounds of an individual’s
race, ethnic origin, gender, gender identity, physical or mental disability, marital status, pregnancy, religion, age,
social background, sexual orientation, working patterns, TU membership, political opinion or any other difference
that is irrelevant to an individual’s ability to do the job, is totally unacceptable in the workplace."
Given that this has not always been the case, where does an individual stand with changing his/her responses to vetting questions?
Was there an amnesty period for 'coming out'?
