We all know that to carry pax during the daytime, we need to have performed 3 take off and landings in the previous 90 days in a similar type or class. Happy as the proverbial pig in this case.
We also know that if you plan to take pax at night we must also have performed one take off and (obviously) one landing at night, again in a similar type or class. Again my pig/poo wallowing interface is intact.
And, yes, if you hold a valid IR you are exempt from the night take off and landing. However, this is where the pig decides that it want's more from life and leaves me unsure.
Does this IR have to be on type or class, or can a Multi Crew IR satisify the night requirement for single engine putt putts?
Right, off to catch a slippery pig.
