Looking for a good explanation of CSU's and "Q tip props" - anybody know of a particularly good reference site?

Thinks:
Q tips are bent forwards; P tips are bent back (or is it the other way?) Remember the good old FAA ramp checks ("You're grounded: Prop strike!")

Both have aerodynamic principles similar to winglets, i.e. increase effective span.
