Arctic Radio is an array of transmitters across the high arctic for use by both high and low level aircraft, on 126.7 or 5680 HF.

The accual radio operators are located in North Bay, Ontario
Thousands of miles away from the accual transmission points.

They provide the typical FSS services: weather, pos. report taking, clearence relays, traffic advisories, sightings of Russians invading over the pole.

If you can access an AIP Canada, the coverage area and procedural details are all in there.
