Any competent weight control person can produce you one ... many organisations have them available OTS.

However, be VERY wary of taking something without adequate substantiation as the sheet has to be tailored both to the particular aircraft serial number range (ie to capture the AFM and loading manual limitations and requirements) and the particular aircraft's configuration ... you change the cabin a bit, etc., and the sheet is invalid.

Whatever you do .. please don't use something given to you by the friend of your cousin's wife, thrice removed .... a good way to get bitten badly.

As to a Citation, you can buy a copy of the handbook from any dealer for a reasonably modest amount of money ($25 or so, I thínk). Therein you can find a generic example of a load sheet and directions on how to work a loading problem.

As pointed out, load sheets are specific to aircraft. Even when you have two aircraft with exactly the same interior fit then they will usually have slightly different weights and C.G. locations. So once you have the load sheet you still need two more data to work the problem.
