I was wondering if anyone knows of some good sources for research on VCA's.. .. .In Australia I have found the few BASI/ATSB reports, but was interested to know if anyone knows of some other reasearch that has been done either in Australia, Europe or the US. Especially in the area's of why they are occuring and what other countries are doing to try and reduce the number of VCA's.. .. .My e-mail is [email protected] and any help would be greatly appreciated.. .. .Thanks

Try asking the Essex Radar guys at West Drayton in the UK about airspace violations! For some reason the universal suggestion from ATCOs that the pilots responsible should be hung up and shot hasn't yet attracted the support of government..

"The Fly on Track project is a study sponsored by the CAA but run by independent non-CAA pilots for the benefit of all pilots & controllers"

WF.. no way Jose! You are both a competent pilot AND, more importantly(!), a Heathrow Controller. QED a more perfect specimen of humanity it would be difficult to find!
