Hmmmm....check out your charts for NZAA (Auckland, NZ) 05L/23R is a taxiway - soon to be used as a runway as the parallel is resurfaced!

On the other side of the world you can have that, too. On a fam-flight to the island of Mallorca (PMI / LEPA) we landed (B727) on a taxiway that was officialy assigned a runway. Kind of strange ´cause of the blue lights.
