I have been told, as a SERCo employee, I now have to complete a series of psychometric tests before being considered for an apc course.. .. .Has anyone done these yet and are they the same as the NATS ones, spatial awareness, codes and mental arithmetic etc?. .. .Thanks

Yes, they're almost exactly the same.. .I don't know which college SERCO will send you to (Sheepwater or Rudloe Manor), but both have the same testing procedures.. .You may have some reservations about the value of these tests, but they do give a reliable indication of the candidates ability to pass the course, there's no point in SERCO spending £13K and you going through all the pressure and hard work if there's no likelihood of a successful outcome.. .Good Luck.
