Got my nice pension letter from Prospect today.
No mention of the annual pay award due shortly though. Would anyone like to tell me what 'rise' I can expect under the national agreement between management and all the trades unions?
My union has omitted to tell me.

Just remember, in order to receive the same salary as last year you would require a 2.65% increase in basic salary. There are no bonuses due [fortunately] and last year we received 0.65% at the end of June and 2% at the end of August. So basic salary must increase by that amount for a pay freeze! I am sure that our new employers will understand when making their subsantial pay offer!!
Nothing less than 7% for ATCO's in 2001. Who needs NERC them or us!!!!

Nice of Prospect to tell its members about the delay!
Surely we still have the "operational handover" of NERC bonus to come (assuming it happens!) ??
