A non-online friend has lost the contact address for the rebate on the taxed expenses. I believe it was in Manchester. I've tried searching back through the threads, but no luck. Anyone have it to hand?

I can't remember the name of the woman who was dealing with it (Katherine somebody??), but the bloke who did my refund was one David Bye.
