I just wanted to thank the MS crew who were on last night for actually helping us next door. I know we are all dealing with SH*TELOADS more traffic around here, so your efforts were appreciated. You have no idea what a difference it makes (now if we can only get some of these bizarre procedures fixed!- or at least made a two-way thing)

nice to be appreciated though...
On that note, Bart did mention that it was great having your crew on last night...made life sooooo much easier... :D :D :D
