Help!! I have just completed a 2 day seminar. I have completed 200 hours instructing in the the last 12 months and don't know how to revalidate my licence. Does it have to be sent to the CAA ??????

Any of the examiners who would have done an 'fic' flying test should you have taken that route. (or CAA)

The organisation which conducted the seminar should have signed off your FCL150CJAR with a FI revalidation entry so long as you supplied logbook evidence of your instructional time over the last 3 years. Which organisation's seminar did you attend? AOPA, ETA or OnTrack??
