I came across what I thought was an interesting article about the A380's wings, and specifically their design and construction. It isn't particularly detailed but is enjoyable nonetheless.

It was published in the April of the Institution of Electrical Engineers magazine. You can take a look at the article here (http://www.groovelicious.org/docs/A380.pdf).
Note that my site is slow and the PDF is around 800K so it might take a while to download. Also, I managed to scan it in upside down so if reading on-screen, rotate it :=.

Coincidentally, an hour long documentary on TLC here in the US was shown last week about the A380's wing and fuselage construction as well as the interior of the aircraft. It is part of a seriesakin to the 21st Century Jet programme about the design, construction and testing of the Boeing 777.
There doesn't seem to be a link to the programme anywhere, but here's a link (http://www.darlowsmithson.com/programmes.htm) to the production company's website.

Try doing a "Save As" (right click if using Windows). Also it does need Acrobat 6 Reader rather than an older version.
