Eic Not Inluded ?

i was checking a simple **** that mentions MTOW,MZFW and MLW as well as basic index and DO weight for one of our airplanes
there was a remark that says ;EIC not included....any ideas what an EIC is ?

i ll try to look for it with out flight ops....

EIC=Equipmet In Compartment.
Can be anythnig thats not payload, ie a stretcher (the weight of the stretcher, not the psgr in the stretcher), catering equipment not included in the DOW, spreaders and so on.
