Hi guys,

In VNAV descent, the target speed ( magenta speed on PFD ) is different from VNAV des. speed on the FMC. Why ??
Eg. An Econ Sp. Des. with a CI of 40 gives a des. speed of 284 Kts. but the commanded sp. is 283 Kts. !!! Why ????:confused:

Topgun, I have noticed same. I suspect it may be simply a decimal value being rounded up or down differently somewhere in the software.
