I am searching without luck for online documentation, specifically PANS-OPS document 8168.
I am particularly interested in relating the SID obstacle clearance OPS with A320 performance and can't find anything on either component.
For example PANS-OPS 4 as I understand it has deleted reference to obstacle clearance criteria, so what guarantees are there for procedures designed under PANS-OPS 4 providing minimum obstacle clearance while following the SID after critical engine failure.
Prior to Revision 4 the 820' acceleration altitude guranteed clearance out to I think 10nm, what now?
Anyway if someone knows an online site that may provide some assistance I would be most appreciative.
