It looks as if it has neglected and needs some serious tlc.

What a coicidence, i flew on the same aircraft today. It is leased to PIA for the Hajj season, and was being operated by the Turkish crew. It looked a lot better on the out side and a very smooth flight from Islamabad to Karachi.
