If you have a question that you feel can be best answered by a professional pilot then post it here. Questions are welcome from all sources. The primary target group for this forum is the professional pilot, however questions may be addressed to other aviation professionals if another forum is felt to be less suitable or if there is likely to be a high level of collateral interest for professional pilots.

In order to minimize the number of thread moves to other forums please bear in mind the following points :

1) Is your question best answered by a professional pilot ? If you want to know which airline is best to fly on for your next trip, or the best seat to sit in, then post on "Passengers and SLF".

2) If you are a wannabee seeking advice on most training or early career issues use the "wannabees forum"

3) If your question is related to private flying, PPL issues or general aviation use the "Private flying forum".

4) Is your question actually a question ? If you are posting a statement, another forum may be more appropriate.

5) For information relating to the conditions within a specific airline or region try "Terms & Endearment".

Finally, we are always happy to provide assistance and are aware that it can sometimes be difficult to know where to place a thread for best response. With many regional and specialist forums on PPRuNe, the best answers to questions are often found in the more specialized or better targetted forums.
