Anyone know of a good internet resource listing aerodrome and comms information for the major destinations around Europe/UK? Something along the lines of an electronic Aerad yellow-book (Europe-Middle East) would be ideal, giving runway length, ACN/PCN plus all the relevant frequencies.

I've tried the UK AIP site at ais.org, but the Air Pilot part is the one section that won't play the game...

Thanks,

Try Simcharts by Jeppeson. I use their european CD-ROM for practicing SIDS and STARS on FS98. Gives all approaches and departures + airfield plans, frequencies etc. Charts are about 3 yrs old. Available from Transair, About £15.

Thanks, Doc. I was hoping for something that was free! ;-)

I've dug out a 1993 copy of the Aerad ME'n'E guide, that's got all the basic info I really need... runway length and direction at the more obscure airfields (for emergency diversion purposes.) Can update the cribbed info at leisure on the job with the current one...

(Actually, I might just get a copy of that CD next week, as I've got to to Transair anyway.)
